Yum! These ginger molasses cookies are the best I’ve ever had. I created them over the holidays and let’s just say that they’re so good- I almost wish that I had never discovered them. But, trust me, you’ll be glad I did.
They’re loaded with fiber, omega 3’s, the healthiest form of fat (coconut oil), and free of gluten, dairy, eggs and sugar. I love ginger, and it happens to be one of the healthiest, most anti-inflammatory foods on the planet. If you like ginger… you will love these cookies.
