In a small bowl, mix the freshly squeezed orange juice, honey, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture onto the sliced apples and stir well until all the apples are coated.
With a large spoon, scoop apples from the bowl into a 9×13 glass baking dish. Avoid getting the juices in the baking pan- we want it to be apple crisp… not soggy! Set the apples aside.
